We're looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Support person who is dependable, quick-thinking, and genuinely cares about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Ability to work Saturdays is a must!
Tuesday - Thursday 9-6, Friday 9-3 and Saturday 9-3.
This isn't an entry-level customer service job. We're looking for someone who can think critically, solve problems independently, and confidently communicate with homeowners, office staff, and outside sales reps throughout the day. We are a growing family run business located in a desirable Irvine location in a newly renovated office suite. We offer a casual and relaxed work environment focused on teamwork.
What You'll Do
Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism.
Support our outside sales team and help them close more business.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for our sales teams.
Follow up on estimates, unsold leads, and reschedule appointments
Keep detailed, accurate notes in our CRM.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of lead generation experience (home services experience is a plus).
Excellent phone etiquette and written communication.
High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
