BLK Earth Sea Spirits, an upscale oceanfront steak and seafood restaurant in Huntington Beach, is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team.
Schedule: Friday through Tuesday evenings
Requirements:
-Minimum four years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant
-Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
-Equally comfortable working the service well, taking care of bar guests, and serving tables on the dining-room floor
-Excellent guest-service and communication skills
-Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
-Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
-Consistent Friday-through-Tuesday evening availability, including holidays
We are looking for someone who takes pride in hospitality, maintains a clean and organized bar, and works well with both the front- and back-of-house teams.
