BLK Earth Sea Spirits, an upscale steak and seafood restaurant overlooking the ocean in Huntington Beach, is seeking an experienced server to join our team.
We are looking for a polished, dependable hospitality professional who is confident serving in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of upscale or fine-dining serving experience
-Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, steaks and seafood
-Excellent communication and guest-service skills
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Ability to confidently make recommendations and drive sales
-Strong understanding of steps of service, coursing and seat numbers
-Dependable, team-oriented and able to remain composed during busy shifts
-Weekday, evening, weekend and holiday availability is required
