Requirements:
Previous sushi chef experience required
Must be able to prepare sushi, sashimi, and rolls
Good knife skills and knowledge of fish preparation
Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work well with a team
Must maintain a clean and organized workstation
Full-time or part-time positions available
