Tele-Optics is looking to hire a full-time employee to join our team in support of one of our customers at their Fieldale, VA location. Immediate opening. Please include your resume for consideration.

Responsibilities Include but not Limited To:
- On-site requirement. Must be in physical shape to walk to multiple buildings per day, climb steps, utilize ladders, and carry/transport computing equipment to/from jobs.
- Proactively manage incoming support requests by logging, tracking, and updating Incidents in ServiceNow, ensuring timely follow-through and resolution.
- Provide phone and deskside support, deployment, and configuration of computing hardware, software, data transfer, and asset tracking.
- Open SIP VoIP/analog telephony, mobile (iOS/Android) devices and basic network troubleshooting.
- Maintain and repair printing and scanning equipment, including multifunction printers, copiers, scanners, and Zebra label printers.
- Maintain and support conference room audio-visual and meeting room equipment & technologies.
- Manage the retirement and disposal of surplus/salvage IT assets in accordance with site policies and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to process warranty claims, arrange or perform repairs, and secure replacement equipment as needed.
Experience Required: Candidates may meet these requirements through previous work experience, education, or certifications.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
