Finish Carpenter

We are an established restoration company specializing in water, fire, and smoke damage remediation. We are looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our production team.
Position Overview
This is a full-time, hands-on role focused on high-quality interior finish carpentry in residential and light commercial properties. Much of the work involves post-loss restoration, so precision, clean workmanship, and the ability to match existing finishes are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Install baseboard, casing, and other trim with tight joints and clean reveals
Hang and adjust interior doors (pre-hung and slab)
Install cabinets, including layout, leveling, secure mounting, and hardware
Perform precise measuring, cutting, and fitting of finish materials
Match existing trim profiles and finishes when required
Prep work areas properly and protect surrounding finishes
Make minor adjustments and repairs to ensure a professional final product
Maintain a clean job site and properly care for tools and materials
Communicate clearly with project managers regarding progress and material needs
Follow all safety protocols and company standards
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of professional finish carpentry experience
Strong skills in baseboard, casing, door hanging, and cabinet installation
Ability to produce clean, accurate, and professional work
Experience working in occupied homes preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed for restoration schedules
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
