ACMRehab is a PT-owned mobile outpatient physical therapy practice providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes and community settings across Orange County. We are looking for reliable Physical Therapists to join us as independent contractors.
Position Details
• Flexible 1099 schedule — you control your availability
• $65 per visit
• Focus on quality care rather than high visit quotas

This role is ideal if you need real flexibility If you’re a busy parent who needs to customize your schedule around school drop-off and pick-up, soccer practice, gymnastics, dance, or just life in general — this is for you.
You decide which days and hours you work. No rigid clinic schedule, no mandatory weekends, and no pressure to take more visits than you want.
Requirements
• Current California Physical Therapist license
• Active NPI (or we can help you through the process if you don’t have one yet)
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Comfortable delivering outpatient-level care in the home/community setting
Preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a physical therapist
• Prior home health experience (helpful but not required)
• Self-motivated and dependable
