Soni is partnering with a growing organization seeking a
Senior Manager, Financial Systems to join their team. This role sits at the intersection of
Finance, Accounting, and IT, with a strong focus on optimizing and enhancing financial systems—particularly SAP.
This is a highly visible position where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the organization is fully leveraging its ERP systems while driving process improvements across accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to optimize and enhance financial systems, primarily SAP
- Act as a key liaison between Accounting, Finance, and IT teams
- Drive improvements across core accounting processes including AP, fixed assets, and cash
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Oversee financial data governance, including chart of accounts and data integrity
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across finance functions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, workflows, and system usage
- Support audit and compliance efforts related to financial systems and data
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP, or finance transformation roles
- Strong experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
- Solid foundation in accounting/finance (GL, AP, fixed assets, cash, etc.)
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to both think strategically and execute
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP implementations or system optimization projects
- Exposure to AP automation, treasury modules, or fixed asset improvements
- Experience in high-growth or transformation environments
- Background in biotech, pharma, or regulated industries
Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
