Costa Mesa, CA | Full-Time | $20/Hour
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at an apartment community in Costa Mesa, CA.
Position Details:
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Full-Time Position
Job Duties Include:
Completing resident service requests in a timely manner.
Performing apartment turns and make-ready units.
Basic plumbing repairs.
Drywall repair and painting.
Electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
Appliance repairs and installations.
Preventative maintenance throughout the property.
Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community.
Assisting with additional maintenance projects as needed.
Requirements:
Previous apartment maintenance experience is required.
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently.
A current resume is required for consideration.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
