Indipro is a video and film industry business serving customers with film duplication, transfer, and related media services. We're a small, hands-on shop looking to add a motivated team member who wants to grow with us.
About the Role
We're hiring a full-time Front Store Associate to run our front counter, manage day-to-day store operations, and handle film duplication jobs for customers. Because the store has natural downtime between customers, we want someone who can use those gaps productively — doing video editing, graphic design, or website/design work for the business. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their media career who wants real-world experience and room to advance.
Responsibilities
- Staff the front counter and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Process and manage film/video duplication and transfer orders
- Handle basic day-to-day front store management (opening/closing tasks, order tracking, light inventory, keeping the space organized)
- During downtime, take on video editing, graphic design, and light website/design work for the business
- Learn our equipment and workflows, with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time
Qualifications
- Background or working knowledge of video and graphic editing (e.g., Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Comfortable picking up light website/design work (basic web editing or design tools a plus)
- Self-motivated and able to manage downtime productively without close supervision
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and organized — comfortable handling front-of-store responsibilities
- Interest in the film/video industry a plus
