Join Our Team as a Finance Manager – Franchise Credit Card Project

This role is based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and offers a base salary range of $91,000 to $145,600 USD annually. What You'll Do
As part of the US Finance Product Management team, you'll be the financial backbone of the Franchise Credit Card business line. Your primary responsibility is to own the project budget, providing consulting, planning, and analytic support for financial results and future budgeting. You'll interpret project workstreams deeply and provide effective challenge to the project delivery team, ensuring forecasts and financial plans drive business results, strategy, and growth. This role demands creativity and innovation—you'll learn and apply new skills to improve existing processes and design new tools.
You'll provide strategic Finance advice, analysis, and support for assigned business areas or portfolios. Proactive management of senior relationships is key, as you'll offer seasoned business insights, decision support, and guidance. You'll work closely with various stakeholders and team members as needed. Your scope may have pan-business impact, focusing on comprehensive reviews, specialized analysis, audits, and initiatives spanning a yearly timeframe. You'll be accountable for conducting financial analysis and research, and you may act as the interface between Finance partners and external parties.
What You Bring
To succeed, you'll need an undergraduate degree and 7+ years of relevant experience. An accounting or financial designation is preferred. We're looking for comprehensive, practical knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies, including actuals reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting. You should be able to develop analyses and reporting that illustrate trends and identify opportunities, contributing to key performance indicators. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with well-developed presentation abilities are essential. You'll act as a business partner, providing advice and analysis to fully explore results and opportunities. A demonstrated ability to plan, develop, lead, and execute projects and deliverables is also required.
