Desktop System Administrator
Open to recent grads — we'll train the right person!
We're hiring a Desktop System Administrator to be the go-to person for hands-on IT support — keeping our end users, hardware, and systems running smoothly every day.
What You'll Do
- Provide second-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and video conferencing equipment
- Image and deploy machines using SCCM/Symantec Ghost
- Support specialized engineering software (AutoCAD, UG, CATIA, Solidworks, etc.)
- Set up new equipment, network print queues, and user workstations
- Troubleshoot and patch corporate software applications
- Track and resolve issues through our ticketing system
- Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors and other IT teams
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of IT/computer support experience — or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems (new grads welcome to apply!)
- Familiarity with Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Active Directory
- Helpdesk/ticketing system experience a plus
- Strong communication skills — comfortable supporting all levels of end users, including executives
- A problem-solver who takes ownership and documents things well
