Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Metal Shop Worker to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who takes pride in precision work, follows instructions carefully, and contributes positively to a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Cut, deburr, and finish metal parts using saws, hand tools, and measuring instruments
• Perform precise measurements using calipers and micrometers
• Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
• Communicate progress, issues, or concerns to the Team Lead
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
• Meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards
• Lift, move, and carry materials up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members in a professional manner
Qualifications

• Experience using shop tools and performing hands-on production work
• Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
