This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial rigor, strong controls, and measurable ROI across marketing spend-while partnering closely with Marketing, Procurement, IT, and Corporate Finance leaders.What You'll DoPeople Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and develop a geographically distributed teamFoster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growthElevate the team's impact through process optimization, standardization, and best-practice sharingPFME & Coupon Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial ManagementLead annual PFME budget planning at both divisional and corporate levelsPartner with Marketing leaders to review budgets, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic trade-offsDeliver accurate forecasting of marketing spend with clear reconciliation to P&L resultsAllocate corporate marketing programs to divisions and operating companiesDrive efficiency through process improvements that reduce rework and increase efficiencyFinancial Controls, Compliance & GovernanceEnsure accurate and timely PFME and Coupon P&L recognitionMaintain compliance with Nestl Accounting Standards, Advertising & Promotion guidelines, and best practicesServe as the primary finance contact for PFME and Coupon auditsProvide oversight and controls of Marketing rolesSpend Effectiveness & Business InsightsProvide strategic analysis to improve the effectiveness and ROI of PFME and Coupon investmentsTranslate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadersPartner with Corporate CME to enhance analytics, tools, and adoption of spend-effectiveness measuresWhat You BringQualificationsBA/BS in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent coursework through Intermediate Accounting)5years of progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance, ideally with exposure to Marketing FinanceDemonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionSkills & CapabilitiesProven people leadership and the ability to influence across functionsStrong financial, analytical, and business acumen with a track record of turning insights into actionExecutive-level communication and presentation skillsNaturally curious, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed environmentWhy This RoleThis is a high-visibility opportunity to shape how marketing investments drive business performance, lead a talented finance team, and partner closely with senior stakeholders across the organization.
