Job Summary
Seeking a collaborative, hands-on Finance Manager to support US Market Finance activities across FP&A, Revenue and Gross-to-Net (GTN), Brand Finance, and Contract Administration. This position requires a finance professional who can operate strategically while also handling detailed financial analysis and reporting responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Finance experience supporting FP&A, revenue accounting, GTN, commercial finance, brand finance, or similar functions.
Strong ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with financial modeling, reporting, and reconciliation experience.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with at least 2 days onsite in Plainsboro, NJ.
Responsibilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
Assist Revenue and GTN processes including accruals, reconciliations, net sales analysis, and budget-to-actual reviews.
Support Brand Finance activities including performance tracking, spend analysis, planning, and business decision support.
Prepare finance leadership presentations highlighting risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities.
Maintain recurring reporting requirements for the US Market Finance organization.
Support special projects, process improvements, and user acceptance testing activities.
