Seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to support the US Market Finance team across FP&A, Revenue, Gross-to-Net (GTN), Brand Finance, and Contract Administration. This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, revenue analysis, month-end close, and business decision support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis. Assist with Revenue and GTN processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and net sales analysis. Support Brand Finance through performance tracking, spend analysis, and planning. Prepare financial presentations highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities. Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities. Maintain recurring financial reports and dashboards for the US Market Finance team. Support special projects, including system testing (UAT) and process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, revenue accounting, GTN, or brand finance.
