IT Technician (College Student or Recent Graduate preferred)

TechSyncSystems is a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in San Antonio, providing IT services to law firms, medical clinics, construction companies, automotive businesses, and other organizations across South Texas. We’re looking for a motivated college student or recent graduate who is passionate about technology and eager to build a career in IT.
Whether you’re finishing school or recently earned your degree, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise technology while working alongside experienced IT professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to business clients
- Troubleshoot Windows computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Configure workstations, Microsoft 365 accounts, and user devices
- Assist with networking equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi
- Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and cloud services
- Install software, perform system updates, and maintain documentation
- Travel to client locations throughout the San Antonio area
- Assist senior engineers with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ certification (or actively pursuing it)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
- Experience building or repairing computers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, or remote support tools
- Previous internship, help desk, or IT support experience is a plus—but not required
