Key Responsibiliti

- s.Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile device
- s.Assist with user account management, system access, and password reset
- s.Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructur
- e.Support software installations, updates, and system maintenance activitie
- s.Assist with cloud platforms, virtualization, and server administration task
- s.Help maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and support record
- s.Participate in cybersecurity best practices, including security monitoring and compliance activitie
- s.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficientl
- y.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practice
