Strong communication and customer service skills
BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) CANDIDATES STRONGLY PREFERRED— we serve a large Spanish-speaking customer base
We proudly serve a large Spanish-speaking community and need team members who can connect with our customers in their language.
Self-motivated with a hunger to close deals
Ability to follow up consistently with leads
Teamwork is a MUST — we win together
Willingness to learn our sales process and CRM system
Previous auto sales experience is a plus — but not required, we will train the right person
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Responsibilities Include:
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Follow up with leads and maintain detailed notes in DealerCenter
Schedule and manage appointments directly in DealerCenter
Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish
Collaborate with your team and support each other to hit monthly goals
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Salesperson License
Smartphone and reliable transportation
Team-player mindset — this is non-negotiable
Comfortable working with DealerCenter (training provided)
📍 Location: Newport Beach
💰 Compensation: Commission-Based — Your effort = your income
🕐 Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends Required
