We are looking for an experienced Canvassing Manager who can lead and motivate others to greatness! Compensation is generous, with base pay, commission, bonuses, and an uncapped "6 Figure" income potential. The job requires that you must lead by example each day by canvassing yourself, and managing others in the field. If you are a "desk jockey", and are not willing to get down in the trenches and lead by example each day, then the position is not right for you.
The successful candidate's team will generate leads for our sales team and our portfolio of renewable energy products and services including; energy efficient roofing, battery backup systems, solar panel systems, EV charging stations, solar/battery repair and maintenance services, etc. throughout San Diego County.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Recruiting, hiring, training and motivating a team of door-to-door lead generators for home improvement leads
• Manage door-to-door sales team in the field
• Walking door-to-door with your team members in designated neighborhoods communicating with local homeowners
• Conduct needs assessment to determine which of our product(s) and service(s) are applicable to the homeowner’s situation
• Set appointments for free, no obligation proposals and quotes from a member of our sales team
• Create a great first impression of our company and the value proposition you represent (great company, products, service)
• Collaborate on development of collateral sales material
REQUIREMENTS:
• PREVIOUS DOOR-TO-DOOR CANVASSING, SALES, AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED (2 YEARS MINIMUM)!!!
