Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to join our school-based team for a full school-year contract. This is a fully onsite opportunity supporting students at the elementary or high school level in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Our district is committed to maintaining manageable caseloads, balanced workloads, and providing strong clinical support. Elementary campuses are staffed with 2–3 SLPs, ensuring a team-based approach to student care and professional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or currently in the process of obtaining Texas licensure
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply; supervision and mentorship will be provided
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to commit to a full school-year contract
- Must be able to work onsite (no hybrid or remote opportunities available)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy services to students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student educational planning
