Administrative / Customer Service (Santa Ana)
Friendly, professional, outgoing customer-orientated individual for administrative duties. Have a positive, sociable attitude and enjoy interacting with clients over the phone. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to answer every call with enthusiasm and courtesy. Must be able to multi-task and be able to anticipate the needs of those around you and problem solve with minimal supervision.
Candidate must be friendly with good humor, personable, motivated and energetic, well organized & detail oriented, strong listening skills, teachable, and a team player.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls.
Schedule qualified appointments for our inside sales team.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate records.
Work with our team to help grow and improve the business.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional phone presence.
Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Skills Required:
Excellent English speaking and communication skills, pleasant phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills, proficient computer skills including Windows based applications, MS Office - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet search ability. Basic office equipment (copier, fax, printers, scanners, etc.)
Compensation: $18-$20 DOE

Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
