About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and track support requests accurately.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications and user accounts.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and general IT support requests.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior support teams following established procedures.
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate support records.
- Deliver professional, courteous, and customer-focused service during every interaction.
- Follow IT policies, security procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and self-learning.
