Senior Finance
Manager, Data & Automation
About your role: As a Senior Finance Manager, Data & Automation, you will drive modernization across Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis by improving processes, advancing data infrastructure, and automating enterprise reporting. You will work closely with business unit finance teams, technology partners, and senior finance leaders to deliver scalable analytics, strengthen key performance indicator reporting, and turn complex financial data into actionable insights that support enterprise decision‑making.
What you'll do: Serve as the technology subject matter expert for Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, supporting reporting modernization and automation initiatives Leverage data analysis and process automation tools to streamline financial reporting, analytics, and finance operations Own enterprise key performance indicator reporting by partnering with business unit finance teams to consolidate, validate, and improve metric pipelines Manage the headcount Power BI reporting model to support Management Committee reporting and finance self‑service analytics Own and enhance enterprise consolidation applications, including Power Apps and similar workflow solutions Partner with finance and technology teams to identify and implement improvements in data analytics, reporting processes, and infrastructure Translate complex business problems into defined project plans, requirements, and delivery milestones Develop analyses and executive‑ready insights for finance leadership, including the Chief Financial Officer, Head of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, and Head of Investor Relations Experience you'll need to have: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data engineering, or finance Experience with business intelligence applications (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) Experience with RPA and workflow automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Appian) Experience with big data and ETL tools (Alteryx, Snowflake) Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R) Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience Experience that would be great to have: Experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence Experience supporting Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis or enterprise finance functions in a large, matrixed organization Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence use cases in finance, reporting, or analytics environments Experience building executive dashboards, self‑service reporting tools, or enterprise metric governance processes Experience supporting headcount reporting, enterprise key performance indicators, or consolidation workflows How you'll work: This role is on‑site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in‑person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in‑person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity. This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
