About the Job
We are seeking a strategic healthcare executive to lead CareATC's Total Health Solutions portfolio while providing direct executive oversight of our Occupational Health program.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Medical Leadership, Population Health, Client Success, Sales, and executive leadership to drive growth, develop innovative healthcare solutions, strengthen strategic partnerships, and improve clinical and business outcomes.
You'll oversee CareATC's Total Health Solutions portfolio-including Mental Health, Physical Medicine, Nutrition & Wellness, RN Care Coordination, Functional Medicine, Virtual Care, and other integrated clinical services-while leading the continued growth and evolution of our Occupational Health program.

Develop and execute the strategic vision for CareATC's Total Health Solutions portfolioProvide executive leadership and direct oversight of the Occupational Health programDrive program growth through data analytics, outcomes research, utilization metrics, and evidence-based decision makingBuild strategic partnerships with industry leaders, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholdersCollaborate across Medical Leadership, Population Health, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to advance organizational strategyEvaluate opportunities for service expansion, strategic partnerships, and business growthSupport business development through executive client presentations and strategic consultationLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering collaboration across the organization
What You'll Bring
MBA, MPH, MHA, or another advanced degree in healthcare, business, or a related fieldThree or more years of experience leading teams and large-scale healthcare programsExperience developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive organizational growthStrong executive leadership, presentation, and communication skillsProven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships across healthcare organizations and clientsExperience using data and analytics to guide decision-making and measure program outcomesKnowledge of healthcare analytics tools such as SAS, SQL, Microsoft Access, or similar platforms preferredStrong collaboration, critical thinking, and change management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel moderately, including overnight travel
