Job Description
We are looking for a Director, Strategy & Transformation to lead the Transformation Management Office, drive enterprise transformation strategy, oversee a portfolio of high-value initiatives, and partner with executive leadership to deliver strategic business outcomes This position will be full-time and remote.
What You'll Do
Execute CAI's transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategic objectives and translating them into an actionable portfolio of programs
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, influencing decisions and building credibility across competing priorities
Anticipate enterprise-level risks across the transformation portfolio and drive proactive mitigation efforts
Establish governance standards, operating models, and delivery frameworks that define how transformation work is executed across the organization
Continuously advance the maturity, effectiveness, and strategic impact of the Transformation Management Office
Provide strategic oversight of a portfolio of complex, high-value enterprise initiatives, ensuring successful coordination, adoption, and measurable business outcomes
Oversee the Intake Prioritization Center, ensuring effective intake, evaluation, and prioritization of enterprise business enhancement requests
Guide stakeholders through complex business, technical, and operational tradeoffs to ensure decisions support enterprise objectives
Align cross-functional and cross-departmental stakeholders around shared goals, resolving competing priorities and promoting organizational agility
Lead, coach, and develop Transformation Management Office team members while establishing high standards for performance and delivery quality
Create an environment that enables team members to build stakeholder credibility, lead initiatives independently, and develop professionally
Promote continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence across the Transformation Management Office
Perform other critical projects and strategic assignments as directed by executive leadership
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, management consulting, or a related discipline
Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs and strategic initiatives
Demonstrated ability to oversee complex portfolios of projects and programs with significant organizational impact
Experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams
Executive-level communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Strong expertise in program and portfolio management disciplines, including roadmap development, RAID management, governance, and delivery oversight
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
Ability to build trust and credibility with executive leaders and stakeholders across the organization
Demonstrated success aligning diverse stakeholder groups around shared business objectives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience leading a Transformation Management Office, Enterprise PMO, or similar strategic function
Management consulting experience supporting enterprise transformation efforts
Experience driving organizational change and business process modernization initiatives
Knowledge of change management frameworks and organizational effectiveness practices
Experience implementing governance structures and operating models within complex organizations
Relevant certifications in project management, portfolio management, strategy, or change management
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
$175,000 - $200,000 per year
The pay range for this position is listed above.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
