We are a global consumer products company with a premium brand, an international commercial footprint, and a multi-channel business spanning direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and retail. We have a loyal global following and we operate with the focus and agility of a company that knows exactly who it is.
We are in an exciting period of transformation, building the operational infrastructure to match the scale and ambition of our commercial business. This is an opportunity to join a high-profile organization at an inflection point and play a direct role in how our supply chain evolves.
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations across domestic and international markets. This role sits within our supply chain organization and reports to the Director of Global Supply Chain.

You bring a hands-on approach, clear communication, and the organizational discipline to keep a complex logistics operation running smoothly.
This is a fully on-site position based in our New York City office.

- Support EDI transactions including purchase orders (850), order acknowledgments (855), advance ship notices (856), and invoices (810).
- Troubleshoot EDI-related issues with retail partners and vendors, escalating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor and resolve vendor chargebacks.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Maintain accurate logistics records and generate regular reporting on shipment status, inventory movement, and carrier performance.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to ensure logistics execution aligns with broader business needs.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal teams to keep all stakeholders aligned.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
- Working knowledge of EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810) and retailer compliance requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and proactive communicator: you keep warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal teams informed without being asked.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be based in the New York City metro area and able to work on-site in our NYC office. This is not a remote or hybrid-eligible role.
