The Role
- Provide support for corporate standard technology products
- Coordinate installation and deployment activities for software, hardware, and network upgrades
- Troubleshoot and restore routine technical service and equipment problems
- Interact with field locations to standardize support practices and procedures
- Coordinate deployments and implementations with I.S. departments and user groups
- Ensure projects meet established deadlines
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in an IT support role
- Experience providing operational leadership for day-to-day IT services
- Infrastructure support & planning experience
- Experience with walk-up tech bar support
- Server and network support
- A+ Certification
