Salary/Hourly Rate
$85k - $115k Annually, commensurate with experience, plus bonus eligibility.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Partner during an exciting period of growth. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner responsible for managing executive priorities, creating structure, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role extends well beyond calendar management and is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, improves processes, and enables executive leadership to remain focused on strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Partner.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Anticipate executive needs while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and competing priorities.
- Develop organizational systems, workflows, and administrative best practices.
- Draft correspondence, prepare meeting materials, and manage confidential communications.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.
- Assist with office coordination, executive events, and special projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and leverage technology to increase efficiency.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality while handling sensitive business matters.
Required Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant
- 10+ years of executive administrative support experience supporting senior executives, partners, founders, or C-suite leadership.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional organizational, calendar management, and time management skills.
- Strong executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, maturity, and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and executive productivity tools.
- Experience utilizing AI workflow tools and technology to improve efficiency.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant
- Executive support experience within private equity, investment management, financial services, professional services, or similar fast-paced corporate environments.
- Experience supporting entrepreneurial founders or managing partners.
- Exposure to AI productivity tools and workflow automation.
- Experience in improving administrative processes and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Interest in growing into broader operational leadership or Chief of Staff responsibilities.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and initiative.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Relevant executive support experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
