JOB TITLE: Business Analyst JOB LOCATION: Remote WAGE RANGE : $48hr to $50hr JOB NUMBER: 26-01031 JOB DESCRIPTION Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business challenges, and operational needs. Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews to define business and functional requirements. Document functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA analysts, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle. Support solution design by validating that proposed functionality meets business needs. Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly. Develop training materials, user guides, and conduct end-user training. Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage. Provide ongoing business support and enhancement requests for post-implementation.
