Position
The Sephora Account Omni-channel Manager, will report to the Dior Sephora Account Omni-channel Senior Director and be instrumental in advancing the strategic and commercial growth of the Parfums Christian Dior Triaxe business across all categories within Sephora USA.
This full-time role, based in our New York office (four days per week), is pivotal to the daily management of the Sephora business and the execution of critical commercial initiatives across both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels. The position demands robust cross-functional collaboration, operational rigor, and a proactive methodology to ensure exemplary execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and comprehensive 360° brand activations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional commercial acumen, strong analytical capabilities, and proven project management skills, coupled with the ability to cultivate effective internal and external partnerships. Success in this role hinges on the capacity to align diverse stakeholders, effectively manage competing priorities, and contribute significantly to achieving sales, brand, and operational objectives.
Job responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Development
- Help provide a true Sephora omni-channel experience for consumers by ensuring that brick-and-mortar, e-retail, launch timing, and promotional cadence are aligned internally with Dior and externally with Sephora.
- Support the Sr Director in developing and executing the annual Sephora business plan, including launch strategy, promotional calendar, assortment priorities, and key growth drivers across all beauty categories.
- Prepare and present strategies, business analyses, and recommendations at internal meetings and leadership reviews.
- Identify risks and opportunities across the business and proactively recommend action plans to improve performance, execution, and consumer experience.
Commercial Execution & Operational Management
- Secure best-in-class local implementation of 360° activations, including e-retail, merchandising, in-store activation, eventing, education, sampling, gifting, paid social, and PR/influencer marketing, in line with the marketing calendar.
- Act as key partner to ensure commercial readiness is met by all cross-functional team members (digital, visual merchandising, education, field).
- Own and maintain trackers, calendars, launch timelines, and activation recaps to ensure all initiatives are executed on time and communicated clearly to field and internal teams.
- Serve as a day-to-day partner to Sephora cross-functional teams to support launches, promotional activations, assortment updates, and issue resolution.
- Track in-store and event budgets, ensuring accurate monitoring, reconciliation, and alignment with approved spending.
Performance Analysis & Market Intelligence
- Retail sales, trend and performance analysis: Own sell-out insight and inputs. Ad Hoc analysis. Monitor and communicate after-launch results to improve short- and long-term forecast accuracy and the product lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of competition, new Sephora launches, and market performance through ongoing research. Partner with the planner and Sr Director on key weekly/monthly takeaways.
Profile
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, trade marketing, or other commercial functions.
- Experience within prestige beauty, luxury, retail, or consumer goods strongly preferred.
- Sephora experience and/or familiarity with the prestige beauty retail landscape preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal and external partners.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $100,000-$135,000.
