Who We Are
BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.
As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.
Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is the operational backbone of BOND’s marketing team and the closest day-to-day partner to the VP of Marketing. You’ll keep every workstream — agency management, event programming, campaign execution — moving with precision, speed, and the uncompromising standard BOND is built on.
This isn’t a traditional coordinator role. BOND is building a new category of luxury aviation, and the person in this seat thinks ahead, acts independently, and operates as a true extension of the VP — anticipating needs, removing friction, and making sure nothing slips. You’ll work side by side with our Brand Designer as the core in-house marketing team, and you’ll support BOND’s New York operations.
If you’re a fast, precise operator who’s fluent in luxury and hungry to grow within a brand defining its category, this is your launchpad.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the VP of Marketing’s right hand — managing priorities, tracking deliverables, and protecting their focus.
- Own the marketing workstream tracker in Monday.com, keeping every project, deadline, and owner visible and on track.
- Manage agency partners day-to-day — briefs, timelines, review cycles, and on-time, on-brief delivery.
- Coordinate campaign execution across social, email, paid, and content, ensuring every launch lands on time and on brand.
- Run event logistics end-to-end — from intimate founding-member experiences to larger brand activations.
- Maintain the content calendar across social, email, and member communications, partnering closely with the Brand Designer.
- Support member communications, from the quarterly update to ad hoc touchpoints, always in the BOND voice.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years in marketing coordination, project management, or brand operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills — able to hold multiple fast-moving workstreams without losing quality or detail.
- Strong written communication — briefs, recaps, and internal comms with clarity and precision.
- Experience managing agency or vendor relationships and holding partners accountable to timelines and quality.
- Proficiency in Monday.com or equivalent project management tools.
- Discretion and trustworthiness working closely with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury fashion, luxury hospitality, luxury automotive, luxury tech, or a high-end creative agency.
- Event coordination experience.
- A genuine appreciation for luxury culture and an instinctive feel for operating at the BOND standard.
Compensation
Base pay of $90,000–$100,000 per year, plus bonus.
