Marketing Specialist III. In this role, you are the champion for our B2B core messaging. This role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Field Sales Team, and key vendor partners to support brand initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING The day-to-day of this role includes managing multiple project plans and coordinating closely with leadership to maintain alignment across the business. This role supports the consistent delivery and evolution of our B2B brand messaging and plays an important role in advancing the commercialization of dealer-facing initiatives across channels and touchpoints. Establishing clear processes, maintaining high attention to detail, prioritizing effectively, and rigorously measuring program performance are critical to success. Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
Core responsibilities include:
Own the development and ongoing management of the dealer-facing value proposition, lead development and execution of the Lennox Annual Playbook, partner with cross-functional teams to translate the brand marketing strategy into effective sales support tools and dealer initiatives, assist in the management of dealer channels like social platforms.
Under general supervision, creates commercialization plans and marketing materials that effectively describe and promote our B2B value proposition.
- Lead a collaborative effort to finalize core B2B messaging with agency partners, and Marketing leadership.
- Key marketing liaison to support the new business development and national accounts sales teams.
- Increase brand consistency through creation and updating of messaging repository to maintain consistent language across all business units.
- Coordinate the creation and placement of advertising in various media including the external and internal facing websites.
- Work with agency partners and internal content team to create and update brochures, company or product fact sheets, and promotional materials.
- Works closely with the content strategist to develop a strong ecosystem of content for the B2B marketing efforts.

What We Are Looking ForEducation and Work Experience: - University Degree and 5+ years of B2B Marketing, and/or agency experience.
Specific Knowledge and Skills: - Skilled communicator with excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite - particularly Excel and PowerPoint; and Smartsheet, Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
- Highly motivated and able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, with problem solving skills as a key strength

What We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between
$82,400 - $108,150 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
