THE ROLE
This is a finder / introduction role.
We are looking for people who can open doors through warm, credible introductions. You do not need to be a broker to contact us, but your role must remain within legally permitted finder activity unless you are properly licensed and authorized.
Unregistered finders may not:
• Sell securities
• Pitch investment terms
• Negotiate on behalf of the company
• Provide investment advice
• Recommend an investment
• Handle investor funds
• Make promises about returns
• Distribute offering materials without approval
• Act as a broker or placement agent unless properly registered

COMPENSATION
Compensation will be discussed individually and must be structured in compliance with applicable federal and state securities laws.
Any referral fee, consulting fee, success fee, percentage-based fee, equity arrangement, or other compensation structure must be reviewed and approved before any agreement is signed.
We are open to discussing finder-friendly structures with serious people who have real relationships.
