experienced Prep Cooks to support
corporate dining programs, hotels, resorts, catering kitchens, universities, and private clubs throughout Orange County.
This is a
flexible, on-call position ideal for culinary professionals seeking consistent weekday morning opportunities while maintaining control of their schedule.
Position: Prep Cook (Experienced Only)

• Prepare vegetables, meats, seafood, sauces, and other ingredients
• Assist chefs and line cooks with daily kitchen production
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work in fast-paced commercial kitchen environments
Pay
• Starting at
$21.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Higher starting rates may be considered based on experience
What We're Looking For
•
At least 1 year of recent professional Prep Cook or commercial kitchen experience REQUIRED
• Strong knife skills and commercial kitchen experience
• Weekday morning availability (most shifts begin between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM)
• California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Reliable transportation to assignments throughout Orange County
