We are looking for a Jr Marketing Coordinator for a top entertainment company in NY, NY!
- Pay rate: $26-29/hr based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling support is the primary duty in our content management systems working with local and global teams
- Identifying launch dates and calendar planning
- Providing general support for the team from a strategy perspective and a launch perspective, this could include ticketing in our systems
- Data management and distribution of calendars, ensuring the details of our content plans are maintained accurately in our systems, and distributed to the correct stakeholders and team members.
- Excel – mainly for data management and basic manipulation of data.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: content planning, content curation, program scheduling, content strategy, streaming and/or linear television.
- Experience with content management systems and program scheduling tools. Experience scheduling in WON a plus.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Strong skills in Airtable, Powerpoint, Excel, Google Suite, and adaptability with new tools.
