West Coast Building Solutions Inc is seeking experienced cabinet refacing installers for residential projects throughout the San Diego area. We work directly in homeowners’ homes on a regular basis and are looking for quality‑focused professionals who want very steady work.
Primary Focus – Cabinet Refacing
• Perform high‑quality cabinet refaces (doors, drawer fronts, veneers/skins, hardware).
• Work neatly and efficiently in occupied kitchens and other cabinet areas.
• Maintain clean lines, consistent finishes, and excellent attention to detail.
• Must already be doing cabinet refacing work on a regular basis.
• Provide strong, recent references and photos/portfolio of completed refacing jobs.
Nice to Have – Closet & Garage Organization
• Experience installing closet or garage organization systems (shelving, cabinets, racks, bins) is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to take on additional organization projects is welcome for those with the skills and interest.
Requirements (No Training for This Position)
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle that can efficiently transport materials and job‑site debris (truck, SUV, van, or equivalent; trailer is welcome but not required).
• Must have your own adequate, reliable set of tools appropriate for cabinet refacing and residential installation work.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong references and photos/portfolio showing ongoing cabinet refacing work and installation experience.
• Self‑starter who can follow a project plan, problem‑solve on site, and work with minimal supervision.
• Professional, courteous communication skills and a clean, presentable appearance for working in occupied homes.
