Continental Controls Corporation (CCC) is a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced fuel control and emissions control systems for industrial natural gas engines and turbines. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our engineering team and help develop the next generation of innovative control products.
Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Electronics Engineer with a minimum of five years of professional experience in electronic hardware design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and digital circuit design, PCB development, embedded systems, and product development from concept through production.
Responsibilities
Design analog and digital electronic circuits for industrial fuel control systems.
Design multilayer printed circuit boards (PCBs) using industry-standard CAD software.
Develop, test, and troubleshoot embedded electronic hardware.
Support prototype development, validation, and product qualification testing.
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers throughout the product development process.
Perform component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout reviews, and design verification.
Prepare engineering documentation and support manufacturing and production.
Participate in design reviews and technical problem-solving.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic hardware design.
Strong experience in analog and digital circuit design.
Experience designing multilayer PCBs.
Knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded hardware, and communication interfaces.
Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with industrial control systems.
Experience designing products for harsh industrial environments.
Familiarity with EMC/EMI design practices and regulatory compliance.
Experience with fuel control systems, engine controls, or emissions control products is highly desirable.
