We're looking for an Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support a busy clerical/call center operation. You'll be the primary point of contact for both our client and the temporary employees working onsite.
No two days are the same. One minute you'll be welcoming a new employee, the next you'll be coaching someone on attendance, resolving a payroll question, or partnering with the client to make sure staffing needs are covered.
What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with client supervisors and employees
Conduct daily employee check-ins
Monitor attendance and punctuality
Coach employees on performance expectations
Deliver corrective actions and written warnings when needed
End assignments professionally and respectfully when necessary
Recruit and onboard replacement employees
Track attendance, headcount, and staffing needs
Resolve timekeeping and payroll questions
Help create a positive, accountable work environment

Experience
Staffing, recruiting, employee relations, HR, retail management, hospitality management, call center leadership, or similar experience is preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
