Job Description:
We are seeking hungry and motivated individuals to canvass Orange County neighborhoods (SCE territory) and book qualified solar consultations for homeowners. No closing involved — just engage, qualify, and schedule. If you're someone who wants the potential to dictate their income and have uncapped earning potential, this is for you
This position does have growth potential. Prove yourself as an effective setter and work your way up to a full-time sales position!
Responsibilities:
– Canvass assigned neighborhoods daily
– Engage homeowners and generate interest in solar savings
– Qualify leads and book in-home consultation appointments
– Log daily activity (doors knocked, appointments set) in CRM
Qualifications:
– Strong communication and people skills
– Comfortable with rejection and outdoor, active work
– Prior door-to-door, canvassing, or sales experience a plus (not required)
– Reliable transportation
– Available afternoons/evenings, Monday–Saturday
Compensation:
– Commission-only: Per qualified appointment
– Bonus: Per closed/installed deal
– Weekly pay
– Uncapped earning potential
