- Finance digital transformation systems, processes, and controls, including supporting divestitures and acquisitions. The position is essential in driving standardization and efficiencies across finance systems and processes, ensuring robust compliance and control frameworks are embedded throughout.
What you'll do day-to-day
You will support the design and deployment of the Signi. Fi systems and processes across finance and drive standardization and efficiencies in finance systems, processes, and controls. Collaboration is central to the role: you will work with cross-functional teams including project squads, GPO teams, JJT, ISRM, and Global Services to ensure compliance integration. You will assist in the implementation and monitoring of finance and business controls and processes across J&J and for related acquisitions, and support divestiture efforts.
You will support the creation and analysis of data flows, process flows, and system architecture to identify risks and develop the appropriate controls to mitigate risk. Coordination with control owners and performers will be required to support external and internal audits of the Signi. Fi program, processes, and systems. Evaluating emerging technologies for compliance readiness before adoption is part of the role, to ensure they adhere to data privacy and other related regulations. You will support the ISRM team to ensure IAPP requirements are met and ITGCs are designed and operating effectively, help develop remediation plans for any identified control deficiencies, and contribute to the automation of controls and compliance processes to enhance efficiency. Participation in the design and execution of compliance reporting and governance strategies, and maintaining strong relationships across finance, IT, and audit teams, will ensure alignment and collaboration.
Qualifications and experience we require
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. CPA, CMA, CISA, or equivalent certification is preferred. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in finance, compliance, audit, or risk management roles. You should have working knowledge of risk frameworks, risk identification and mitigation, data flow mapping, and finance process design.
A clear understanding of finance requirements, processes, and controls is expected, including SOX 404, FP&A, Consolidations, and Financial Reporting (US GAAP, IFRS). Experience with SAP S/4, Confluence, JIRA, and multi
- ERP environments is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization are necessary. Prior experience supporting digital transformation initiatives in finance is also required.

Compensation and benefits (as stated)
The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $102,000.00 - $177,100.00.
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation —120 hours per calendar year; Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado —48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington —56 hours per calendar year; Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays —13 days per calendar year; Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child; Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year; Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days; Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year; Military Spouse Time
