Position Overview
We are currently seeking dependable Production Associates to join a busy food manufacturing team in Cypress. This is an opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career. The position involves repetitive production work in a fast-paced environment and requires candidates who are comfortable performing repetitive heavy lifting and standing for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
Training is provided, but reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform physical work consistently are essential.
Responsibilities
Pack products according to company standards and customer specifications
Perform quality inspections and identify defective products
Label, package, and prepare products for shipment
Complete required shipping documentation accurately
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Stand, bend, reach, and move continuously during a 10-hour workday
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
Work efficiently with the production team to meet daily goals
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Warehouse, production, or packing experience is a plus
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
Available to work the full Monday-Thursday schedule and Friday's as needed (5:00 AM-3:30 PM)
