What You'll Do
Every day you'll travel to different customer locations providing a variety of commercial cleaning and facility services, including:
- Cleaning and sanitizing commercial facilities - restaurants, recreational venues, retail, offices, automotive, and more
- Operating professional floor cleaning equipment (Kaivac, auto scrubbers, carpet extractors, etc.)
- Installing and repairing soap, paper towel, and restroom dispensers
- Delivering restroom and kitchen supplies
- Maintaining company equipment
- Managing your assigned service route and completing service paperwork
- Building great relationships with customers
- Safely operating a company vehicle
- Helping wherever needed to provide outstanding customer service
No two days are exactly the same, which keeps the work interesting.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of commercial floor cleaning experience
- Prior route experience (preferred)
- Experience in janitorial, facility maintenance, commercial cleaning, or similar work
- Available to work early mornings, early evenings (No overnights)
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented with good troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized with good time management
-Able to work independently
- English required; bilingual is a plus
- Must own a smartphone
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly bend, stand, and move throughout the day
Driving Requirements
Because this is a route-based position, you'll travel between customer locations throughout your shift.
A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record are required. Applicants with at-fault accidents, moving violations, license suspensions, or DUI convictions are not eligible. A Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be completed before any job offer.
