Do you enjoy social media, creating content, and using AI tools to make marketing easier? Do you have an eye for design and love transforming ideas into engaging posts?
We're looking for a creative, organized, and friendly person to help manage the marketing for our family-owned kitchen and bath remodeling company. We've been serving San Diego homeowners for over 35 years. Most of our business comes from referrals, and we'd love to find someone who can help us tell our story online.
What You'll Do
• Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and YouTube
• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Canva, and others) to help create posts, blogs, newsletters, and marketing content
• Interview homeowners and team members for stories and testimonials
• Help manage our Google Business Profile and encourage customer reviews
• Assist with email newsletters and blog articles
• Brainstorm new marketing ideas to help us reach homeowners
• Track what content performs well and suggest new strategies
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with clients
• Creative and enjoys writing and storytelling
• Comfortable using social media and willing to learn new AI marketing tools
• Organized and dependable
• Interested in home design, remodeling, or interior design (a plus, but not required)
• Able to work independently while also collaborating with our small team
Position Details
• Part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule (2–3 days per week preferred)
• Primarily in our office
• Pay based on experience
