**Full-Time Office Administrator / Secretary – Pest Control Company**
We are a well-established pest control company seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated **Full-Time Office Administrator/Secretary** to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, providing excellent customer service, and keeping a busy office running efficiently.
Our **busy season runs from April through mid-November**, with a **slower season from late November through March**. We are looking for someone who can grow with our company and become an important part of our team year-round.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
* Schedule appointments and coordinate technician routes
* Prepare and send service estimates and bids
* Organize daily crew schedules and job assignments
* Type inspection reports and service documentation
* Manage inventory and office supplies
* Monitor technician GPS tracking and job progress
* File paperwork and maintain organized records
* Perform general administrative and office support duties
Qualifications:
* Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred
* Experience in the pest control, construction, or service industry is a plus
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications
* Ability to learn scheduling and pest control software
* Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
