We're looking for a Data Governance Analyst to join us helping modernize how data is managed, documented, and monitored across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Analyze datasets and document data lineage across systems
- Define and monitor data quality rules
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather governance requirements
- Maintain data catalogs and metadata documentation
- Identify and help resolve data quality issues
- Work in an Agile environment (sprints, standups, iterative delivery)
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or data-focused role
- Solid SQL skills
- Experience with requirements gathering in an Agile setting
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Curiosity about AI tools like Claude or Copilot and how they apply to data work
Bonus
- Background in asset management or financial services
