We are partnering with a rapidly scaling, venture-backed AI company that's building category-defining technology and looking to hire an exceptional Founder's Associate to work directly alongside the founder.

What You'll Do
- Partner directly with the founder on strategic and operational initiatives across the business
- Drive cross-functional projects spanning hiring, operations, company metrics, and internal systems
- Support board-level initiatives, financial analysis, strategic planning, and special projects
- Own internal operations including company cadence, offsites, and organizational processes
- Remove roadblocks across teams and help accelerate execution on high-priority initiatives
- Jump into new challenges with limited context and create structure where none exists
What They're Looking For
- 1–4 years of professional experience (exceptional new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a high-growth startup is highly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and professional polish
- Someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and operates with a high level of ownership
