Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize G-code programs for CNC machining
- Set up CNC machines according to job specifications
- Optimize toolpaths for maximum efficiency and quality
- Use CAD/CAM software to design and simulate machining processes
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of programs and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CNC programming
- Proficiency in G-Code and CAM software such as Mastercam
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Experience with quality inspection processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
