Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Padel X is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets that support the brand across digital and print channels, including social media content, promotional materials, signage, and event collateral. This role involves developing concepts from brief to final delivery, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with marketing, club operations, and coaching teams to translate business goals into clear, engaging visuals. The Graphic Designer will contribute to campaign ideation, design graphics for tournaments and social events, and assist with updating brand materials as new clubs and programs launch. The role also includes preparing files for production, working with vendors when needed, and ensuring all designs meet quality, timeline, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create compelling visual content for both digital and print.
- Experience in Branding and Logo Design, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities across multiple touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design, with attention to readability, hierarchy, and brand tone.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design work, preferably including sports, lifestyle, or hospitality brands.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working closely with marketing and operations teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with social media design best practices and basic motion or video editing skills is a plus.
- Interest in sports, wellness, or community-focused brands and willingness to participate in club culture and events.
