The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective communication. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and assist with preparation of agendas, materials, and presentations.
- Respond to emails and handle document requests on behalf of executives.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, meeting notes, reports, and other business documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics as needed.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
